A voice from my past. Andy Forsyth

A voice from my past.

Forrest,

I did a google search on Frosty to see if there was anything posted on him.
My dad and I were talking about baseball and his name came up.

I was saddened to hear of Frosty's passing in 1998. My Dad and he played semi-pro
baseball together in So. California and they both played on the Plainview Ponies
but at different times. I think about a year or two apart. My family and his
used to go camping and horseback riding together and we'd visit his family
on Sunday afternoons a few times a year. I knew Eddie and also Nona before
she became ill. I also got to see her again years later after she came out of
her coma. So glad to here she celebrated her 25th, probably much more by now
judging by the date of the posting you had on Google. My mom was and still is
good friends with Jan. I hope she's still doing well.

I was at Cooperstown a few years ago and made a point of finding the listing
of Frosty and his 60 homers at the Hall of Fame. It was really cool to see someone
I knew that at least had his name mentioned there. I'm a big baseball fan. I also
got to see him play a few games in semi-pro when my dad and him played together.

I hope you're able to get this.
Both my parents are still around, in 2010 they celebrated their 60th Anniversary
in So. California.

Take care, Andy Forsyth, Crofton, Maryland.
