MICHAEL MCDADE OF THE PEORIA JARELINAS (PC: TORONTO)HIT 21 HOME RUNS IN 128 GAMES WITH A .267 AVG. BORN IN LAS VEGAS, NV ON 05/08/1989. HE PLAYED IN THE SINGLE A ADVANCED FLORIDA STATE LEAGUE.
Selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the sixth round (205th overall) of the 2007 amateur entry Draft.
Highlights:
Began the season with Class A Lansing, where he hit .194 (42-for-216) with two homers and 19 RBIs in 60 games. ... Went 0-for-18 in five games April 23-29. ...
